Bluing on Fabric

Artists use white oil pastels to create patterns and resist on cotton fabric. Fabric is pinched and wrapped with twist ties before Bluing is dropped onto the fabric. After removing the twist ties and seeing the surpise design, artists embellish with acrylic paints.
