The materials included here are for you to share with your supervisors, other departments such as marketing and development, and potential funders/donors in order to gain their support for the OMA program. Included here are OMA’s brochure, infographic, videos, awards, testimonials, and sample text for grant writing. Review them and please feel free to copy any and all parts that you find useful.   2. Funded by the Ohio Department of Medicaid for state-wide replication (2016-2023)
